That's how it is with executive Kat de Leon who, six months ago (May 2016) resolved to start leading a healthy lifestyle. Kat handles sales, operations and HR for her family's automotive and airconditioning supply store.

Wheatgrass CAN (WCI): How heavy were you back then?
Kat: I weighed 195 pounds six months ago.
WCI: How much did you drop? What are you zeroing in on?
Kat: I lost ten pounds, so I'm now 185 pounds. For my height, I'm aiming to reach my ideal weight which is 127-135 pounds.
WCI: What made you drink wheatgrass?
Kat: Before I began taking wheatgrass, I didn't know it can be used for losing weight. I'm not a healthy eater, I like eating meat. I seldom eat vegetables and fruits. Since I'm not getting younger and I have a family history of diabetes and hypertension, I decided to start eating healthy right away. I found out that drinking wheatgrass is an alternative way to eating vegetable and fruits so I gave it a try. I don't have hypertension or diabetes but it's better to prevent the risk of developing those diseases by healthy living and losing weight.
