Hawaiian Wheatgrass
  • 1 sachet Easy Pha-Max Wheatgrass with Honey
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice (approx. 3 pcs.)
  • 1 cup water
  • ice

Mix pineapple and orange juice. Dissolve 1 sachet of Easy Pha-Max Wheatgrass with Honey in 1 cup cold water then add to juice mixture. Serve with ice. Serves 4. Pineapple juice with Easy Pha-Max Wheatgrass is refreshingly healthy!

Buko Wheatgrass Salad
  • 1 sachet Easy Pha-Max Wheatgrass with Honey
  • 1 sachet gelatin powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose cream
  • 4 pcs. buko

Cook gelatin according to package directions using the buko juice in place of water. Combine gelatin and buko meat. Mix all-purpose cream and Easy Pha-Max Wheatgrass with Honey, pour over gelatin-buko mixture. Chill and serve. Serve healthy Wheatgrass salads for any occasion.

Wheatgrass Mayo
  • 1 sachet Easy Pha-MAx Wheatgrass Powder
  • 1 80mL sachet mayonnaise
  • garlic powder
  • pepper

Mix Easy Pha-Max Wheatgrass Powder Pure and mayonnaise in a bowl. Season with garlic powder and pepper to taste. Serve with your favorite crackers. Add a touch of freshness to your favorite crackers with Easy Pha-Max Wheatgrass Mayo.

Banana Soy Smoothie
  • 1 sachet Bio Soy Milk
  • 1 medium banana, quartered
  • 2T chocolate syrup
  • ice cubes

Puree all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve at once.

Coffee Latte Shake
  • 1 sachet Bio Coffee
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • ice cubes
  • 2T cocoa powder
  • hazelnut creamer, to taste
  • sugar, to taste

Combine everything in a blender, and blend until ice is crushed and shake is thick.

Frosty Miss
  • 1 sachet Bio Coffee
  • 2T brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Dissolve sugar in coffee while it is hot. Let cool, and add almond extract. Pour into a metal tray and freeze until nearly solid. Beat well, then freeze again until it reaches a sherbet texture. Serve topped with whipped cream. Serves 4.

Avocado Wheatgrass Drizzle
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 4 fresh crushed garlic cloves
  • 8 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1 sachet  Wheat Grass Powder
  • 1 tsp. of green herbs (thyme, oregano, rosemary etc)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve with fresh tossed salad. This is delicious with any garlic and olive oil pasta dish.

Wheatgrass Smoothie
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 banana
  • 1 lime
  • 1 sachet Wheatgrass Honey
  • ice cubes

Juice orange and lime, then place all ingredients in a blender on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour in a glass and serve immediately. Serves 2.

Wheatgrass Pesto
  • 2 cups basil leaves (fresh leaves only & firmly packed 2 cups)
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 3/4 cup olive oil 
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 sachet Easy Pha-max Wheatgrass Powder Pure
  • 250 grams pasta (cook as package directions)‏

Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and cover. Blend on medium speed about 3 minutes, stopping occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth. Toss with your favorite pasta. Serves 2.

Wheatgrass Sour Cream Dip (for vegetables)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp. cane vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 sachet Wheatgrass Pure

Mix all together. Blend well.  Serve with fresh vegetables.

Honey Sour Cream Dip (for fruits)
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 sachet Wheatgrass with Honey
  • 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
  • assorted fresh fruits

Combine first 3 ingredients. Stir well. Serve as a dip or salad dressing with fruits.

Pulvoron
  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup skimmed milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 sachet Easy Pha-max Wheatgrass with Honey

Toast flour in carajay over moderate heat until golden brown. Cool. Sift into a mixing bowl then combine with sugar and skimmed milk. Melt margarine and blend with flour mixture. Allow to cool. Add Easy Pha-Max wheatgrass honey. Mix well. Mold with polvoron molder. Wrap each piece in cellophane or Japanese paper. Makes 36 pieces.
