The Super Food

In the book The Perricone Promise by Dr. Nicholas Perricone he cited wheatgrass as one of the super foods.

Indeed, wheatgrass is considered as a life-sustaining complete food. Just take a look at the cattle. With their muscular built and might, they are able to survive just by eating grass.

Wheatgrass contains carbohydrates, proteins, fatty acids, 17 amino acids, 13 vitamins, 10 minerals, various trace minerals, more than 100 types of enzymes, fiber, chlorophyll and different phytochemicals. And the best thing about it ~ the mixture and synergy of elements in wheatgrass is created by nature, having the perfect balance, right amount and right kind of nutrition in its most absorbable form.
